Gender Resources in Engineering Proposal

Working on an in-depth research proposal examining Gender Resources in Engineering, employing a qualitative methodology. This proposal seeks to explore the nuanced experiences and challenges faced by different genders in engineering, with a particular emphasis on creating supportive environments for female engineers.

Presented a poster in the Department of Education for Qualitative Course, showcasing preliminary findings and insights from my research. This presentation was an opportunity to engage with peers and educators, fostering discussions around the importance of equitable resource distribution in engineering education.
