I am an aspiring industrial engineer, whose journey began in my teenage years, fueled by a fascination with the industrial world. My experiences at Refah Tea Factory and Nadi & Shukoh Shad Company deepened my understanding of industry complexities and gender disparities. These insights led me to pursue a Ph.D. in Engineering Education, focusing on intersectionality and resource disparities. My goal is to address and rectify the inequalities in engineering, driven by my personal experiences and the support of mentors who have guided my professional growth.
